Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SanctuaryClothing.us order; therefore, we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. We offer free return shipping and free exchanges on all eligible orders over $75. For orders under $ 75, a $ 12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Swim: We are unable to process returns for swimwear that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
